This is often appreciated by journalists to advocate for the freedom of voice. However, in classical political philosophy freedom and equality are often viewed as conflicting values.
As a data scientist and fashion select brand co-founder, I ask myself everyday, “Where are the current inequalities? Will the work I create make a more equal world today, or in the future? Will I positively impact the poor have the right to criticize those who govern us without being held to a standard of temperateness or truth?"
